RULE : Add two zeros to its right and half it.

Example 1 :
27 x50 = 1350
Step 1: 2700 (Add two zeros to its right)
Step 2 : 2700 / 2 = 1350 (half it.)

Example 2:
355 x 50
Step 1: 35500 (Add two zeros to its right)
Step 2 : 35500 / 2 = 17750 (half it.)

Step 1: 7589600 (Add two zeros to its right)
Step 2 : 7589600 / 2 = 3794800 (half it.)
